I was a bit afraid of moving to an induction stove. However, I am so glad that I did for safety and quality reasons. First, the stove and the oven are very easy to use. I love all the options with the oven. The stove top works great and is a safer and more energy efficient tool in my kitchen. Additionally, the consistent temperature of the stove make the best food!

Going from gas to electric takes some adjustments, but this range has been easy to navigate in the switch. Because the temperatures are digitally controlled on a scale of 1 to 9, there is definitely a learning curve, but it doesn't take long, and I appreciate the lack of fumes (which were affecting my asthma), and the temperature responsiveness that is equivalent to turning down the gas. The cooking surface is so much easier to clean than my gas range, and the oven cooks things more evenly than my gas range! I am very happy with this purchase!

I've had this range for a week now. It took me a day or so to get used to how long to hold my finger to the touch controls, but it's become pretty second nature already. It's easy to use the induction top as a countertop when not actually cooking. Occasionally, when you set something on it (especially something warm or metal) it will beep. This is really to let you know that it senses something but you haven't turned it on yet. It's only a couple of beeps and will stop almost immediately. Since I have actually put the pan in place, turned the burner on, and forgotten to set the heat number a couple of times, I've come to respect the little beep as a valid question. One minor annoyance is that as I stand cooking at the cooktop, I frequently bump the oven controls. Getting heat started is a multiple step process, so I don't worry that I'll wind up with an unintended hot oven, but I have looked over and found the light on or the control screen initiated.

I have been aware of induction cooking for many years, and decided it was time to switch from a traditional cooktop. So far, it has not disappointed. I am very happy with my new induction stove. I am still getting adjusted to the electronic control on the top of the stove. I miss the knobs on the front. But it works very fast and everything I have cooked on it and baked in it have come out great. It has a very nice modern sleek design which has been very easy to clean. I have not used the air fryer yet so I can not review it. I would definitely recommend this product to others.

I've used many of the oven options, and so far have been very impressed. I've baked sourdough bread (regular baked), cookies (2 trays convection bake), roast chicken convection roast) and tater tots (air fry). Everything turned out terrific. My one complaint is the placement of the large front right induction element. It's too close to the edge of the range. Whole it accommodates my larger 12" pans/pots, my 14" saute pan is too large to center the pan on the element. It hits the counter. As a result the pan doesn't heat evenly and I had issues getting consistent heat on the pan.

I love it! I was excited to get started with induction cooking. Induction cooktops heat up more quickly, half the time of gas. With induction, there's less need for air conditioning and ventilation. It is safer than gas and it is so easy to clean. For baking, convection is a dream. And it is beautiful!

We've had this for over a week now and after having gotten used to the controls, find it a big improvement over our old electric range. Boy does it boil water quickly and feels much more responsive than even gas. The oven options, though I haven't used them all yet, are pretty cool. It also looks great in our kitchen. One downside is that the range controls can be a little finicky to respond to your touch. Fingerprints are also left behind after messing with the controls so I clean it every day but cleaning with the specialized spray is far easier than with my old range with the coils or a gas range.

My husband is disabled and in our kitchen, relies on the countertops and island to help maintain his balance. He has fallen against the stove twice and once while our old gas stove was on. While visiting in London where induction is the norm, my son suggested we get an induction stovetop. I was hesitant as they are more expensive, so he surprised us with our new range. Although I was cautious that it would make a difference, I was totally amazed after the first time I used it. Gas is dirty and hard to clean, and electric remains hot to the touch for quite some time. My new range is beautiful, and easy to clean and easy to use and I LOVE it. Oh, did mention that the oven is so large I can cook 4 loaves of bread at the same time!! Made my old kitchen look new again. Highly recommend Frigidaire Induction Ranges!

The cooktop is amazing. Induction really is better than gas, and this cooktop is one of the better induction cooktops I've had. The heating points skew low, so I'm cooking eggs on a 4 of 10, which means that there are a few gaps in the higher end, but still a solid range. The oven has lots of settings and reliably meets the temperature it says. The oven interface has a few too many keystrokes if you're doing anything but baking at 350, and the broil takes a long time to get heated up, as long as gas. Still, overall a dramatic improvement over our gas appliance when it comes to control love our cooking. And it looks so pretty...

We have purchased this range to replace our gas range. We have had an induction stove before and moved to a new house with the gas. That was not a nice surprise. Induction range is so much better, cleaner and more responsive then gas. This particular model is great because first of all, it has 5 burners and a bridge burner. Very convenient. The oven is excellent. We have used 4 modes and all of them have worked perfectly. All in all, a great purchase.

Cooks Well and Easy to Clean

The range works as expected. The cooking is even and the stovetop is easy to clean up. Boiling times are dependent on your cookware. Surprisingly, my cast iron boils faster than the aluminum core pots but they both work well (just make sure any aluminum core is induction compatible). I know some folks are annoyed that the stove top will shut off after a few seconds if you remove the pot but that's exactly why I bought it. My last glass top (non-induction) range wasn't clear that it was on sometimes and it was left on. This one is very clearly on and automatically shuts off. The shut off delay is sufficient to briefly remove a pot/pan (e.g., flipping an omelet) and I haven't found it a problem. I will say though that the stove is a bit more difficult to turn on that I expected, even if the lock feature isn't used. You have to put induction cookware on a burner, wait a bit for it to register, turn the burner on, and then set the burner temperature. Probably takes 20-30 seconds instead of the instant turn a knob. I also find I fat finger the burner temp settings and have to try again every so often. Unlike my last glass top, this induction does seem to change temperature rapidly when I adjust it which is nice.The oven cooks evenly, although I haven't used it too much. The default oven temp setting is to hold down the temp button like an alarm clock which is a bit annoying but hoping there is a custom setting where it defaults to touch pad with numbers.

Amazing Induction Stove

I™€™ve only had my new induction stove for about three weeks, so far I am loving it, very easy to operate.This is my first stove that is not gas, so it™€™s been a learning curve.So far I™€™ve had zero issues and I™€™m very excited about this new way to cook.This is my very first Frigidaire appliance and I am extremely happy with it.I would highly recommend this stove.
