I honestly did not want this oven. My husband fought me over it. The sales woman was laughing. He won. It was delivered to us and installed and I can't stop cooking! We've had brownies, pizza, pork chops, and tons of vegetables. All cooked perfectly! The money we save on eating at home made the oven pay for itself! We got rid of our toaster oven and air fryer and have so much space in our kitchen! The beautiful design matches all of our other Frigidaire appliances. I know it sounds menial, but I love the military time option. Thank God for the willingness to defer to his leadership. I'm always learning. <3 Now to try Dutch Oven Peach Cobbler, then the self cleaning option. :)

Style and design are high above average, with one drawback: the burner knobs are at the front of the range, diminishing drawer clearance when installed close to the inside corner of an L-shaped counter.

It works well. There are some things I would like to be different. The clock is very bright at night. I wiould like a dimmer switch for it. My counters were just a little higher than the range itself. The risers were fully extended. Sometimes the numbers on the knobs are hard to see. The lighting in my kitchen is off. The main thing is that the range top and oven both work very well. The rest is minor.

We needed a new dishwasher so I ordered a Frigidaire Gallery model in black stainless to match the range. I'm really happy with both appliances' appearance and functionality. The stove top heats immediately and evenly and is easy to keep clean. Ditto for the oven. We've only had the appliances for two months, so only time will tell of their reliability.

Broke After Only 2 Years! A little over two years ago I was excited to buy my first Induction Stove from you folks (Frigidaire Gallery 30" Electric Range with No Preheat + Air Fry) It worked well, without incident until early May (2025), when it ™€œpopped™€ as I was cooking. I called in an electrician ($99) who told me that it was a stove issue, not an electrical one, and that I™€™d need to call an appliance technician. I did. The tech performed tests and stated that one of the cooktop boards was defective. It was replaced and the same issue occurred. After installing two new boards, he suggested I buy a new stove since putting more money into this one (replacing all the boards) would cost as much as a new stove. I admired his honesty ($169). I called Frigidaire customer support and received ZERO satisfaction, other than telling me that I should have bought a 5-year replacement plan. ZERO satisfaction. This incenses me! A $1,499 stove, barely 2 years old, that breaks, and then I get no satisfaction? I am a Senior Citizen, living on a fixed income, and can™€™t afford to have this kind of incompetence befall me. I have had the stove hauled away and would appreciate a rebate for the money I spent to be told it™€™s broken ($99 + $169) or a rebate for what I paid for the entire stove. Is it possible that your products are made so poorly they break this easy? I hope not. I look forward to your reply.

We replaced all of our appliances recently with Frigidaire brand appliances. The oven is the Gallery series and I love the cooktop. After years of convention electric ovens/stoves, I find the cooktop cooks much more evenly and the pirs and pans stay steady on the burner. Quite an upgrade and we are very happy with the purchase. Looking forward to using the convection oven.

I just received my new Frigidaire oven/range this past week. The purchase and delivery was flawless. I got a better price buying direct from Frigidaire with their combined discounts including a military discount. I don't like glass top stoves but had no other options having only electric in my kitchen, but this came with good instructions on how to maintain the top and keep it clean. I've been able to rub off any spills and I keep cleaning it using a only glass top cleaner. It is recommended to protect the top, which is something I did not know before. The convection options are new to me and I felt it ran hot in the oven but the instructions do say it will cook faster and lower the heat when using convection. It is too soon but I gave up with convection for now because it did not seem to cook my chicken quarters as evenly as just regular Bake. I baked a cake last night also with regular bake and it came out beautifully and evenly cooked. I am still discovering the benefits of this oven so I may update this later to reflect what I learn along the way. The black stainless color is really nice, I love it. I have also ordered a Frigidaire refrigerator and microwave.

I have never had a glass top oven before and I probably wouldn™€™t buy it again. It is beautiful and I™€™m sure it probably functions well but I cannot get the top of it to look good. It™€™s all smeared. I™€™ve used the cleaner at Home Depot recommended. I™€™ve wiped it with just a wet towel. And nothing gets rid of the smears.

This review is both about the range and the company that won't stand behind its products.My wife likes to use a griddle plate periodically for weekend pancakes, and we were delighted that this range included a bridge heating element to support a griddle. She noticed though that the front and back of the griddle were not producing even heat, with the front significantly hotter than the rear. Busy schedules meant we didn't pursue the issue until she attempted to use the rear burner to boil a pot of water for pasta, and found that it wouldn't boil the water as we would expect. She moved the pot to the front burner, which had been off/cold, and within 2 minutes the water was rapidly boiling. We scheduled a support appointment with the hopes they could resolve the issue on our still-new range.Two support appointments later, I've learned that Frigidaire will only replace a part if it is completely broken and not working at all. I asked if I could show that the rear burner was functioning significantly worse than the front, would they fix the range. The "second opinion" technician stated that I would have to call them out and prove in front of them that the burners were not functioning the same way, and that if I failed to prove it, they would charge me for the visit. But when I pressed him, that if I actually could prove, without any doubt that no other factors were at play, and the rear burner wasn't functioning correctly, would Frigidaire replace it. He said no, that it was still functional.I don't know about you, but this is absolutely not what I'd expect from a company like Frigidaire/Electrolux. Needless to say, I won't be making another purchase from the brand, and I'll be passing on the warning to family and friends.
