We have had our new stove for a few weeks now. We had it delivered and installed. The unit looks great. It has the professional look we were wanting. The stove cranks out the heat, especially the high btu burner. It looks like a camp fire when turned all the way up. Only thing I wish was different was if they pushed the outside burners closer to the sides to create more room and center pans on the grates. The oven has been great. It did take some breaking in. Still playing with all the settings. So far so good.

The best stove / oven my wife and I ever owned. It™™s a commercial home classic look.. it bakes evenly and fast. The air bake works amazing on meat just watch how long you cook with it as you can dry it out if you are not careful. Oven works excellent on roasts. The brush nickel stainless steel is smudge proof and wipes clean easily. Nothing bad to say here except it can be pricey but worth the purchase as I owned Wolf and Viking stoves this stands up very nicely to them and it has all the computing technology to help you bake with as his a probe to put in the meat and help you roast to perfection.. 5 stars from us on this stove..

We had purchased a new range from a different manufacturer 3 years ago, but our home wasn't completed and range installed until 1 year ago. From the beginning that range did not work correctly in many different ways. It was declared 'unfixable' and we were given a store credit. After a lengthy time of trying to choose and research other ranges we decided on the Frigidaire Pro Gas Range and are extremely happy with it. There are burners that actually go low enough to simmer! The knobs on the front do not heat up when the oven is turned on. The oven doesn't shut off indiscriminately. The griddle works great and so does the oven. This oven is much larger than any other we had seen in a 30" range. The gliding rack is wonderful! We love our new range!!

We love that the knobs light up when in use- an additional safety feature in my opinion as you are ensured when it™™s on and off. The overall aesthetics deserve an acknowledgment as well. Hands down the worst oven I have ever owned. The day of delivery/install, the oven gave me an F16 error. Over the next few weeks, it continued to show an F16 along with an F22 error - all communication issues. I contacted Frigidaire who sent sent a technician out to fix the issue (it took a month because the tech had to order the part from Frigidaire). I believe he replaced the relay board. It worked for a few months but a few weeks ago started showing the following errors: F16, F22, F27. I contacted Frigidaire again, who send a different technician out to look at the issue. He explained the why the issue was occurring, saying he's noticed Frigidaire ranges tend to have issues with their electrical. He said he was going to replace all of the parts that may be causing the issue in an effort to fix the problem. He had to order the parts from Frigidaire, which took 3 weeks, and finally replaced them this Monday. The next day, the F22 error popped up again while in the middle of cooking. Pulled the oven out, unplugged it, let it sit for a minute and plugged it back in - this time an F27 error showed. I contacted Frigidaire (again) who set up another appointment with a technician to look at the issue. How many times are they going to send a tech out to fix this? From a cost perspective, they're wasting way more money on parts and labor than they would have by just replacing the oven. But at this point, I don't even want this oven. It is a constant headache wondering if it will work or not. Can't host any company because I don't know if the oven is going to work. I'd be better off to set up a campfire in my backyard and cook on that - at least I'd know it would work. Had this been a cheap oven, I'd understand the issue, but it was not a cheap oven. Would have been better off to buy a Wolf.

This review definitely would have been five stars except for the need to burn off factory residue on the cooktop. The installer and the manual does tell you to run the oven at high temperature for awhile to burn off factory residue, which we did and that went well. What it does not tell you is that the cooktop may also need to have residue burned off. We used the stove for about a week a burner or two at a time without a problem, Then one night we were using all six burners at the same time for the first time and the house filled with the smell of burring plastic., even with windows open and the exhaust hood pulling the air outside. There was no food burning. No smoke or steam. Just a strong plasticy smell. Eventually, it set off the smoke detectors prompting a call to the fire department. Out of an abundance of caution, after confirming no gas fumes and no carbon monoxide in the house, the fire department turned off the gas and electricity to the stove requiring a service call from the vendor to check everything out and restart everything. We were not happy with this experience, but since then not a problem. And we do love the stove and would recommend it to others looking for a really nice gas oven and range.

I like the design of this range and that there are six burners so you can cook few dishes at the same time. The shelf in the oven easily slides over to check on the food. Many cooking options for the oven including nice air fryer tray. The shelf at the bottom is small though, hard to store something. And the thickness of the stainless steel on the top of the range where burners are could be better considering that it is a professional version of the range.

My only minor gripes are that dialing in very low simmer heat can take a little practice, and the propane conversion kit isn™™t included.Overall, it™™s a great balance of performance and features ™" a big step up from a standard range. Love the look of this range with the minimal display on the front gives a clean (and easy to clean) look. The 6-burner cooktop gives you lots of options from high-powered burners to smaller ones for low-heat cooking with excellent controllability and an optional grill plate for the center section included. The oven works well and has lots of features. My minor complaint would be that the Steam features using the bottom pan doesn™™t really work as the water is largely evaporated by the time the oven gets to heat and leaves an unsightly residue.

Leaking Gas - Needs Replacement and You Refuse

I™™m extremely disappointed with my experience. I just bought this range 3 weeks ago. My Frigidaire gas oven has a confirmed gas leak™"measured at 135 ppm, which is well above the 70 ppm threshold known to cause fatigue and health issues. A technician sent through the warranty service verified the leak and recommended the oven be replaced.However, the process has been frustrating and unsafe. The assigned tech had to call a ™Master Tech™ named Paul, who was hostile and dismissive, claiming 135 ppm isn™™t dangerous. Paul has never inspected my oven or been to my home, yet his opinion overrides the technician who actually assessed the unit.After a 45-minute phone call with a Frigidaire supervisor™"who argued with me instead of helping™"we finally 3-way called the tech who confirmed again that the oven needs to be replaced. The supervisor said she still had to email Paul to confirm his notes, despite him never seeing the oven.Now they want to send another tech who will follow the same flawed process of calling Paul, who will likely repeat the same dismissive stance.This is not acceptable. The oven is leaking gas, and the response from Frigidaire has been unsafe, unprofessional, and deeply concerning.

I purchased this mode for a high end new kitchen in Feb 2025. Installed August and connected in September to the city gas line in New York State. Installed correctly but instantly displayed an F11 Error, loads of investigation and still would clear but instantly reappears. Unless you have a computer science degree in circuit board repair and want the hassel of trying to get someone repair. I would take this model.

I really love my new appliance, especially the oven. The oven heats up super fast and is spacious. The stop gets the job done! It has six burners, so lots of options. A couple things to consider; it does feel a bit crowded and the stainless steel scratches extremely easily compared to my former Wolfe. But, for a great price it checks a lot of boxes!

I'm so happy with my new range. It's beautiful, lots of cooking options, easy to clean, and I love the glide out rack. I would definitely recommend and would buy it again. The only 2 reasons that I didn't give it 5 stars are; 1. We had to change all the orifices to accommodate for propane. The instructions in the manual did not match the instructions on the recommended kit and was somewhat confusing as the orifices were very hard to read and determine what burners they went on.2. The oven makes quite a few noises while preheating. I'm guessing it's the fan that makes a rattling noise.Overall, I think it's well made and cooks evenly.

So far the range has lived up standards. I am a professional chef and tried all the functions it offers and did well in all of them. I hope it isn't like my LG that died 15 days after the warranty expired.
