Not received yet. LG asked for a review as I have had time to enjoy my new LG product. Ordered Aug. 27 with a delivery date of Sept 4. Delivery company says delivery is now Sept 25 or Oct 2 depending on which text message you believe.

I appreciate the product but installing it was kind of a pain. The washer came wish some of the included pedestal parts already attached so it was confusing reading the instructions and trying to figure out where things went. Eventually we got it sorted and installed.

Great Product but Missing Parts

The pedestals were back ordered so I had the washer and dryer for 2 months before the pedestals arrived. Not a problem but when they were delivered and installation was to be completed they were missing the screws and brackets needed to secure the WD to the pedestals. I spent close to an hour on the phone with LG customer service trying to explain the issue and identify the missing parts. A week later parts arrive but not the parts needed. Before I could call again more parts arrived. Again not the parts needed. Another hour on the phone. One customer service rep said that the parts didnt exist. Then I got transferred to customer service for refrigerators. Finally I spoke with someone who identified the correct part number and I received the missing parts and rescheduled installation. The installers said that the pedestals are frequently delivered without the mounting brackets and screws. The products are great but it was a very frustrating delivery and installation experience because of the missing parts.

Your representative told us the wrong model number to order. . It took over a month to get our refund we had to pay a $40 restocking fee for their error Now it appears the the ones we need are out of stock.

I bought the pedestal for my new washer and dryer and am so glad I did. I love the extra storage it provides for my laundry supplies. There is a sliding drawer inside the drawer for more organized storage. also the door height of each appliance is more accommodating to saving my back when putting in laundry and taking it out. I am so glad I did buy it.

BROUGHT THIS PRODUCT ABOUT 2 WEEKS AGO. STURDY MATERIAL. DRAW SLIDE IN AND OUT EASILY. LIKE THE LIFT OUT BASKET. WOULD HAVE LIKED IT ABOUT 1 INCH DEEPER. SOME OF MY TALLER DETERGENT BOTTLE CAN NOT STAND UP IN THE BASKET

We received our new LG washer and dryer today after waiting a week and half for delivery. We were in dire need of both units as we are leaving on vacation and our dirty clothes had stacked up.
We were told by the installers to run the washer and dryer for 25 mins to help get the new smell out. The installers had barely left when the washer started flashing an error code. We read the manuals then called the store twice then made another two calls to our salesman. He gave us a few steps to take to no avail. He offered to have the washer replaced or wait a week for a repair man. That wont work. We are leaving on vacation and need clean clothes We are extremely unhappy and feel that the store should make special exceptions to situations such as ours and get a repair man out here ASAP.
We will never shop at RC Willey again. They want your business but once youve paid youre just a number to them. Terrible customer service.

We have had our LG washer and dryer pedestals for almost two months. They are vary convenient for storing our laundry supplies and provide a nice hight for use as well as looking very good.

Forget that the drawers are so shallow nothing stands in them.
This doesnt fit a brand-new LG washer. I bought a brand new washer and dryer and then these pedestals as well. They are the correct pedestal for my new washer Model:WM6500HWA but the holes dont line up unless you take the feet off the washer and remove one of the nuts. This is a complete pain given the washer is heavy and you dont discover this until you lift the thing onto the pedestal. I thought I was going crazy until I found several online with the exact same complaint. How does something like this pass QC? I just cant imagine why LG would make something like this that doesnt fit their own appliance. Either make the holes on the washer connection lower or raise these.

The drawers are not deep enough to put soaps spray bottles etc. also the basket is very inconvenient and wish this came with a drawer divider.
Without the basket in the drawer some bottles can stay standing in the drawer otherwise these drawers are not good storage for your laundry products.

Just purchased. The Pedestal height is too short. I am unable to get the soap containers into it. My old pedestal was about 2 inches higher and worked perfectly. This is a very poor design.

I ordered 2 pedestals and was looking forward to use basket to store detergent and softener in it. I got them so we would stop using top of appliances for storage. Well what a shock. Arrived today- and none of the standard detergents or softeners or even spray bottles fit in it. Now I have tall appliances can not have cabinets above it and useless pedestals underneath it. Created more problems then solution. All they need extra 2 inches What are they good for just small junk? I would not spend that much money for storing unimportant things under. I guess they only design for a huge laundry rooms where people have to much space and storage and extra money for the shiny box. So disappointed:

Look closely at the 6th picture that drawer does NOT come out. At least the model that I have does not have a way of removing the drawer. No big deal you say? Well when you have your washer dryer and a utility sink all lined up on one wall of your utility room with about 1/2 clearance between each and then you jam a bunch of towels and rags in your Pedestal drawer and one of them sneaks behind the drawer now the drawer wont close all the way. Really annoying. But according to LG I should unstack my washer because there is NO WAY TO REMOVE THE DRAWER. Total bummer since I dont look at all like the football players that installed the washer and dryer for me.

We initially bought our LG washer and dryer without the pedestals but my wife soon realized that her back could not take bending over to transfer clothes to the washer over to the dryer and out of the dryer. The added height the pedestals afford has made life much less painful and removes cleaning supplies from the top of the machines providing a much neater appearance.

Basket insert cuts drawers horizontally rather than vertically resulting in inaccessible space at the back of the drawer. Vertical drawer dividers in previous models were far more efficient. Too bad. For the price you should expect better from LG
